As of July 2024, Gatien Gillon has been the CEO of CWS Hygiene and Managing Director of CWS Hygiene International.
Gillon brings extensive experience and a proven track record to CWS Hygiene. Previously, he served as Group COO, Regional CEO, and Board Member of the Rubix Group, the largest distributor of industrial maintenance products and services in Europe. The Rubix Group operates with a similar route-based business model to CWS Hygiene – a significant advantage in setting the right course for CWS Hygiene's service business. Gillon’s background includes a notable tenure at McKinsey and the founding of a start-up company, further highlighting his versatile leadership skills.
